The Intake Appointment is our time to connect and begin building the foundation for your healing journey. During this session, we’ll explore your goals, past experiences, and what brought you here, while giving you space to ask questions and share your unique needs. This ensures you feel comfortable, understood, and fully supported before we begin deeper hypnosis work.
 

The Intake Appointment is required prior to all hypnosis sessions — with the exception of the 1-hour relief sessions, which are designed as quick, focused resets for stress, anxiety, or emotional release.
