Service Description
Your first step costs nothing — not money, and not pressure. This is a relaxed 45-minute conversation about what's surfacing in your life and what you're hoping to heal or explore. Bring every question and every fear: What if I can't be hypnotized? What if I can't visualize? What if I see something painful? Am I still in control? Working through those together is exactly what this call is for. Then comes the part that makes this consultation different: a real mini hypnosis session with Shae. You'll experience what "going under" actually feels like — the quiet, the safety, the fact that you hear every word and stay in control the whole time — so you're not booking a session on faith. You're booking it because you've felt it work. You'll leave knowing whether MHH is the right fit, with a clear next step and zero obligation. Held online via Zoom, anywhere in the world.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm and hold your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Rescheduling or Cancelling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled session or credited toward your balance. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Balance Due: The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of your appointment. This policy is in place to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each session, and to ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
