Cancellation Policy

To confirm and hold your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Rescheduling or Cancelling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled session or credited toward your balance. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Balance Due: The remaining balance for your session is due at the time of your appointment. This policy is in place to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each session, and to ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
