I Learned to See Before I Learned to Speak
As a child, I watched my world through a hole in the wall — the empty space where a screw had once been. From there, I learned to read a room before I could read myself. I could tell by the rhythm of footsteps whether the house was safe. I learned to notice everything: the pause before an argument, the change in a voice, the look exchanged across a room.
For a long time, I believed that was just another scar. Proof something had gone wrong inside me.
I don't believe that anymore.
It wasn't where I broke. It was where I learned to see.
That's the same sight I bring into every session today — the ability to perceive what my clients perceive, to feel the shift in a scene before they can put it into words, and to know exactly which question to ask next. What survival taught me, healing refined. Now it belongs to the people I serve.
The Long Way Home
I know what it is to carry a lifetime of trauma, because I carried one. I survived an abusive childhood, religious harm, and years of learning that love could disappear without warning. I built a chosen family from the people who stayed. And in 2020, I moved from Florida to Washington — as far from my past as the map would allow. But your address can change years before your nervous system catches up. When my body finally felt safe, everything I had spent my life holding together demanded to be felt. I did what we're told to do. Two and a half years of talk therapy and EMDR with a genuinely wonderful therapist. It helped with individual memories — and I don't regret a session of it — but for complex trauma, it felt like trying to empty the ocean with a bucket. I left sessions raw and stayed triggered until the next one. We kept circling the same wounds, and the circles weren't getting smaller. My therapist finally told me, with an honesty I still respect, that my needs were beyond her training. Then a kind older woman I'd met mentioned hypnotherapy. At the time, I thought she was simply sharing her story. Looking back, she was opening the next chapter of mine.
The Skeptic Who Stayed
I booked my first hypnotherapy session with cautious hope — and plenty of skepticism. I'd heard the stereotypes: pocket watches, clucking chickens, mind control. None of it interested me.
What I found was nothing like that. I wasn't asleep. I wasn't controlled. I heard every word. But for the first time in my life, the constant scanning — the part of my mind that never stopped watching for danger — went quiet.
And my subconscious wasn't interested in my symptoms. Not the anxiety, the hypervigilance, the people-pleasing. It kept taking me to roots. Memories I'd forgotten. Moments I'd minimized. It knew exactly where to go before I did. And unlike everything I'd tried before, I left each session lighter — the memories resolved and put back in their place, not torn open and left bleeding until next week.
Past life regression broke the skeptic in me. Not because anyone convinced me — because I experienced something I couldn't explain away. Session after session, we found where trauma cycles began, resolved them at the source, and I woke up feeling relieved in ways two and a half years of conventional therapy never reached.
Healing stopped feeling like fighting hundreds of separate battles. I finally understood the architecture underneath all of them.
Why I Built Multidimensional Healing Hypnosis (MH Hypnosis)
I became a practitioner because I couldn't keep this to myself.
Multidimensional Healing Hypnosis is the modality I built from everything I learned — first as a client rebuilding her own life, then as a regressionist guiding hundreds of journeys. I wrote my own scripts from the ground up with one conviction at the center:
Healing doesn't have to be painful. I lived the version where it was — where every session reopened wounds and sent you home to bleed. In MHH, you witness what needs witnessing like a movie, protected by hypnotic suggestion, and everything is resolved and put in its place before you come back up. You leave with peace, not homework made of pain.
A few things make my work different:
-
I see what you see and hear what you hear. I perceive the scenes, symbols, and voices alongside you — spotting resistance the moment it rises and asking the exact question your journey is calling for. You are never alone in there.
-
Aphantasia is a specialty, not a barrier. Seeing is only one way the subconscious speaks. Some of my clients know, some feel, some hear. Clients who began with "I don't see anything" have gone on to describe entire scenes — because when someone tells me they see nothing, I say: tell me more about nothing. Nothing is always something.
-
The MHH Bridge. Your own mind creates a gateway symbol that expands into a luminous bridge into the subconscious — which is why this works even for the analytical, the anxious, and the certain-they-can't-be-hypnotized.
-
Nobody gets turned away. It's against everything I believe to turn someone away from healing because of money. Payment plans exist, and thanks to generous donors, so do free sessions for those who truly need them.
MHH is a complementary practice — it works alongside your medical and mental health care, never instead of it.
The Regression Room
Not ready for a session? Start free in The Regression Room — my YouTube channel, where I share real regression insights, session recordings (with client permission), guided experiences, and honest answers to the questions everyone asks before their first session.
Many of my clients found me there first. It's the best way to hear my voice, feel my pace, and see this work in action before we ever meet.
Work With Me
Every journey starts with a free 45-minute consultation — a real conversation about what's surfacing in your life, with a mini hypnosis included so you can feel how this works before you commit to anything. All sessions are held online via Zoom, anywhere in the world. I've been where you are. I know what it costs to hope again. Let's make it worth it.
