I grew up hearing the story of Adam and Eve — and hearing women demonized by it. I was taught that this was why females of all ages had to stay quiet and obedient. But that story has been weaponized as much as it's been misread: taken out of context, stripped of its metaphor, and forced into the literal.

What it actually depicts is the moment reality shifted — the moment the first anxious question was asked: "What if there is more to life than this?"

Before the Apple: Paradise Was Love

Before that question, we lived in perfect love and cooperation with one another. The story calls it paradise. I've seen this in past-life regression sessions, and I'm not alone — the late Dolores Cannon's sessions surfaced the same thing. Hers and mine both point to the time "before the apple," and to the 5D reality we're moving into now as we return to love. They are the same state. That's what paradise was: living in our true nature, authentically, in love.

The Apple Was a Waking, Not a Sin

The bite of the apple wasn't a sin. It was a waking — but a waking into fear. We asked the anxious question, and we chased what it stirred: ego, ignorance, and greed. We began to wonder if we could own the paradise we were only ever meant to share. And in wondering, we lost it.

Those of Love and Those of Fear

From there, two kinds of people emerged: those rooted in love, and those rooted in fear. And those of fear enslaved those of love — because their world was built on owning people, extracting their work, and hoarding resources to enrich themselves.

It was never supposed to be this way.

How We Forgot Who We Are

Every newborn generation carried hope — because in our earliest years, we still remembered. Children used to arrive still holding some memory of who we truly are, where we came from, even our past lives. It was once ordinary to do intuitive readings for one another, to connect to the other side. The collective goal was always the same: to return to love.

Then those practices were demonized by the rise of political control and organized religion — a facade built to keep us small. History shows us the cost: religious wars, genocides, accused witches burned at the stake. There was always hope that love would be taught again, that each new generation would remind the ones who'd forgotten. But those of fear drove that knowing out with violence, until it was buried beneath the inner enslavement of fear. People closed themselves off from their gifts. What had been ordinary simply stopped. We lost our way entirely, and forgot who we are and why we're here.

Until Now: The Return to Love

Now, more than ever, people are emptying the pews — deconstructing religion, decolonizing, returning to ancient spiritual practices and embracing healing the way our ancestors did: hypnotherapy, reiki, herbs, real food. We're reconnecting with Mother Earth. We're remembering who we are and why we're here — which was always a group project: to return to love.

In this remarkable time, we are moving into the 5D reality — back to love, back to the state the Adam and Eve metaphor was pointing at all along. We have come full circle. The karmic cycle has ended.

"Harming You Is Harming Myself"

In returning to love, we return to a single truth: harming you is harming myself. We are all connected. We are re-embracing one another in shared community — and gently leaving behind those still living in the fear mind. We remember, once again, that we only have each other. The governments, the religious institutions, the powerful, the wealthy — they were never for us. We are for us.

Why We Focus on Healing Now

Which is why, right now, we focus on healing. Anything unhealed is a blocker — and a blocker doesn't stop you from moving into the 5D. It only slows you down. We are all rising into what some call "Christ consciousness," or as I say it, without the religion: the return to love, where we began. After so many lifetimes lived in fear, we all carry compounded trauma. It's time to release it and return to who we've always been.
